Manchester
After months of renovation, Metrolink in Manchester (UK) will resume its service in the city centre next Monday.

Warsaw
L. Vorberg rebuilt a new version of our database for Warsaw (Poland) since the existing one was quite outdated.
We have taken the opportunity to rename it to Warszawa (the actual city name in Polish) and create a version with the special Polish characters (available only for some devices and under specific conditions, see our web site for details).

Braunschweig
L. Freund reports the opening of a new bus route in Braunschweig (Germany), along with a few other minor adjustments.
MetrO is 10 years old!
On October 1st, 1999, MetrO was widely released for the first time, on Palmgear.
At the time, it included a handful of cities and it was available for the few Palm devices that were on the market.
The features and user interface were also rather simple, as you can see from this old screen shot:
