A 9 stops extension has opened on metro line 1 in Ningbo (China).

A 2 stops extension (to the University of Washington) is inaugurated today on the Central Link light rail line in Seattle, WA (USA).

A new extension, comprising 3 stations, is inaugurated today on the Valley Metro light rail line in Phoenix, AZ (USA).

Tehran

Among several other changes, a new branch has opened on metro line 4 in Tehran (Iran), serving the Mehrabad international airport.

The works of the last few days on subway line U5 in Berlin (Germany) have ended last night. Beginning this morning, tram lines M4, M13 and 50 are replaced by bus services on part of their respective routes.

Subway line U2 in Berlin (Germany) is replaced by bus services between Olympia-Stadion and Ruhleben for several months, while line U5 in direction Hönow will not stop at Neue Grottkauer Straße for a few days.
