Salzburg

With the data getting old, I have entirely revised our file for Salzburg (Austria), also adding the S-Bahn lines operating in the area.

    Sorry, but managing the software and data (and their delivery) is a lot of work and we'll stick to our (almost) monthly release schedule.
    The next release should be out by Aug. 15th.
