MetrO server issues

The problems you may have experienced with our online services in the last few hours should now be over as everything is up and running normally again.

MetrO server unreachable

Our web server is currently unreachable, making most of our services unavailable (e.g. city downloads and updates, i-MetrO...). The problem is currently under investigation and we hope it will be fixed soon.

We apologize for the trouble and ask for your patience until the issue is solved.

After more than 2 days of unavailability, our server is more or less live again. There are still issues with some pages but the most important services should be now functioning, especially the access to the city files from the iPhone and BlackBerry versions of our app.
